PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR USE OF AND ACCESS TO PLAYLEAK ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS; BY SHOPPING IN PLAYLEAK, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SALE. This Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Agreement") is an agreement between you (hereinafter "you" or "user") and Playleak and its affiliates (collectively, “Playleak”, “we”, “us” and “our”).

Order Placing

By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase a product or service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, and that you are an authorized user of the payment method used. Playleak retains the right to limit, reject, modify, or cancel orders.

While our website displays product pricing and availability, it may contain errors. Prices and availability can change at any time without prior notice. Playleak is not obligated to fulfill any offers or prices listed on the website. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions on our site and to modify or cancel your order at any time without notice, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

To place an order, simply add your desired items to your Shopping Cart. You can modify your cart by adding, deleting, or changing the quantities of products while you browse. When you are ready to purchase, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and payment details. You may complete your order as a guest or by creating a Playleak.com account. Having an account allows you to quickly access product support, updates, and promotions. When you submit an order, Playleak may verify certain information before fulfilling it, including your personal details, payment information, and creditworthiness.

Playleak reserves the right, without liability, to refuse any order, correct any inaccuracies or omissions on our website, and update information for products or services at any time without notice. If we need to modify your order, we will do our best to notify you in advance in case you wish to cancel. Should Playleak cancel your order, we will attempt to inform you using the contact information provided during the ordering process.

After you submit your order, you will receive a printable confirmation screen detailing your order, along with an order confirmation email containing your order information. Please keep this confirmation and print a copy, as it serves as your proof of purchase. Your merchandise will not include an additional receipt, so you'll need this confirmation if you require warranty service from any of our authorized repair centers.

Typically, it takes one to two business days to process and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking numbers. The shipping carrier will require one business day to validate the tracking information.

Payment

Playleak.com accepts payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You will be charged once your order has shipped with the exception of PayPal orders. PayPal orders are charged in full upon placing the order.

In case of PayPal payments, you will be charged immediately, but if you choose PayPal Credit after checking out with PayPal, you may leverage the credit terms provided for future payments or monthly installments as offered by PayPal at the time of order.

Please note that certain orders may require a 24-hour verification period to protect all parties from unauthorized use of credit cards. To help minimize the risk of unauthorized transactions, please ensure that your credit card company has your current information on file, including any alternate or authorized shipping addresses.

If your payment method is charged for an order that is later modified or canceled, Playleak will issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel or alter your order up until you submit the order. If your order has already been submitted, please contact us at: cs@playleak.com (from 9 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., EST Monday through Friday (except holidays), and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST Saturday & Sunday) to cancel or alter the order. Once your order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel or alter the order. Instead, once your order arrives, you will need to follow the returns procedure in our Returns Policy.

If you have a problem with any part of your order, please e-mail our Customer Service Center. Please include your name and order number.

Return Restrictions

You may return any item you purchased on Playleak.com within 30 calendar days of your package being delivered, subject to the terms & exceptions below.

• We will gladly exchange your product for the same model (subject to availability) or refund the full amount of the merchandise, including taxes. Gift wrap and shipping charges are not refundable.
• Personalized product exclusion: Once personalized orders have been processed, they cannot be canceled or returned.

A return authorization is required for any exchange or refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the sender address.

Once you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You are responsible for securely packing the product and all original contents. We strongly recommend using the original packaging, if available.

Security & Privacy

Our website employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to safeguard your online transactions. SSL encrypts personal information, such as your credit card number, name, and address, to prevent unauthorized access. To verify a secure connection, look for an unbroken key or closed lock icon in the lower left corner of your browser. You can also check the URL; it will change from "http" to "https" when accessing a secure site.

Promotions

Promotional codes, discounts, coupons, and similar offers are subject to the terms and conditions of each specific promotion. To be eligible, your order must be submitted within the defined promotional period. Unless otherwise indicated in the promotion's terms, only one promotional offer may be applied to each order.

Shipping Policy

We offer free ground shipping across the US (except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) on all orders over US$59. For standard shipping, it takes one to two business days for order processing, and the shipping process normally takes six to eight business days.
