Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened physical video games purchased on Playleak.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your game must be:

• Unopened: The game's packaging, including any shrinkwrap or tamper-evident seals, must be intact.
• Undamaged: The game disc or cartridge, and any included manuals or accessories, must be free from scratches, cracks, or other physical damage.
• In original packaging: The game must be returned in its original manufacturer's box, including all inserts and packaging materials.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team at [Your Customer Service Email Address] or [Your Customer Service Phone Number]. Describe the reason for your return and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Receive RMA Number and Shipping Label: Upon approval, you'll receive an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
3. Pack and Ship the Return: Securely pack the unopened game, including all original packaging materials and the RMA number on the outside of the box. Use the pre-paid shipping label provided.
4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to monitor your return's progress.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used   for your purchase. Please note that shipping costs and gift wrap charges will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective video game, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

Return label and return cost

After obtaining a return authorization from us, we will supply you with a return shipping label. Playleak Limited will bear the return shipping cost.
